East Gippsland Branch and Australian Biathlon will be running a biathlon activity at Mount Hotham on 3 + 4 September 2016:

Saturday September 3
8 am – 10 am – High Performance athletes, Skate Tour from Biathlon Arena or Shooting and skiing (depending on snow condition)

10am – 12 noon – Come and Try Biathlon and Future Stars skiing and shooting at Hotham Biathlon Arena. Damon and Darcie will work as guest coaches on this session to support Future Stars and Development.

1 – 3pm – Fun biathlon activities incorporating Come and Try, Future Stars and High Performance Athletes at Hotham Biathlon Arena. (optional for high performance athletes)
3.30 – 5.30pm – High Performance athletes Strength training Hotham Gym

Sunday Sept 4

8.00 – 10am – High Performance athletes, Skate Tour from Biathlon Arena or Shooting and skiing (depending on snow condition)

10.00am – 12.00 noon – Future Stars training Skiing and Shooting at Hotham Biathlon Arena

1 – 3 pm – High Performance Athletes training at Hotham Biathlon Arena. Spring classic skiing.

Athletes are responsible for providing their own accommodation, food, equipment, rifle, ammunition, transport etc and notifying the coaches of their health and fitness ability to participate in the training.
