The IBU propose to run a coaching seminar the details are as follows:

Location – Nove Mesto Na Morave/CZE

Dates – 17.09. – 20.09.2015:

Programme -

• 17.09 Arrival – Seminar opening in the evening with common dinner

• 18.09 – 20.09 Seminar days

• 20.09 Departure at midday

Themes – Physical training, ski care, preparation & selection, ski waxing, rifle safety/rifle actions on the range, rifle specifics/rifle knowledge;

Training – Theory, skiing training/skiing technique, rules, nutrition, registration procedures for IBU events, shooting training & drills.
