Australian Biathlon will have nine athletes at Youth/Junior World Championships (Y/JWCH) 2016.

This is the largest Team to attend a Championships event in many years.

Events will take place at Cheile Gradistei Biathlon Arena, located two and a half hours north west of Bucharest, Romania.

Athletes aged Under 21 will participate in U19 (Youth) or U21 (Junior) events. These may include Individual (Distance), Sprint, Pursuit (for top 60 finishers), as well as relay for Youth Men and Youth Women.
